Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 18 to 65 years, with an ASA of 1 or 2 who underwent elective shoulder Arthroscopy under general anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a difficult airway Mallampati score more than or equal to 3 2. Patients with upper respiratory tract infection within 2 weeks of operation 3. Patients with chronic obstructive respiratory disease or asthma 4. Patients with chronic cough lasting more than 3 weeks 5. Patients with history of chronic smoking
