Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: History of aluminum phosphide poisoning. The suggestive clinical manifestations follow shortly after a single exposure to aluminum phosphide. Patients classified as severe poisoning as per the Poison Severity Score,
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Patients with a history/clinical features of any poisoning other than aluminum phosphide or any associated poisoning with aluminum phosphide. b) Allergy to egg/soybean
