Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients above 18 years old. 2. Patients who have had at least 1 cycle of chemotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed patients. 2. Critically sick adult cancer patients who were unable to respond and had no attendants during the data collection period. 3. Patients diagnosed with multiple malignancies or those other than HNC.

To assess the financial and psychosocial distress among HNC patients.Timepoint: Outcome will be measured at baseline.
