Inclusion criteria: sign and symtoms of katishoola positive physical sign and special test of katishoola IVDP Disc herniation lumber spondylosis fit for basti therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: traumatic condition of spine infective conditions of spine neoplastic conditions of spine unfit for basti therapy

subjective parameter grading will be done with sign and symtoms of katishoola cbc ,xray,for katishoolaTimepoint: after 9 days of treatment and after follow up that is on 27th day
