Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants with a Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index total score between 5 and 21 2.Participants with a Perceived Stress Scale score ranging from 0 to 26 3.Those willing to perform Shiroabhyanga for 21 days will be recruited for trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants contra-indicated for Shiroabhyanga such as Ajeerna and Nava Jwara. 2.Known case of Participants on anti-depressants, anxiolytic medications or sedatives, etc. i.e., those suffering from severe Mental illness to avoid bias. 3.Known case of head trauma. 4.Known case of any systemic or metabolic disorders. 5.Participants undergoing detox treatment for addiction.
