Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primigravida women at 38-42 weeks of gestation women who can comprehend and participate in educational sessions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: High risk pregnancies where vaginal delivery is contraindicated women with prior exposure to formal childbirth preparation classes
