Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women who can communicate normally. And are aged between 40-45 years. Who provide consent are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who do not provide consent are excluded. Women with comorbidities are excluded. Who are undergoing Hormonal replacement therapy are also excluded.

There will be improved knowledge & practice score among perimenopausal women who were in intervention group.Timepoint: Before giving intervention, immediately after the intervention & at 4 weeks.
