Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Professional Caregivers of all genders between the age group of 20-45 years.Minimum Experience of 2 years and in active caregiving task at least from 6 months.Caregivers with no injury hampering self-functioning level for 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Care givers not consenting to participate in the study.
