Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthcare student with all genders aged between 18 to 25 years Participants must have a body mass index (BMI) of less than 28 kg per meter square They should report knee pain on Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scoring between 3 and 7 The person is not able to perform grade 3 of single leg squat test Their Q-angle should be greater than the accepted cut-off more than 15 degrees for females and more than 12 degrees for males They must be young adults who are willing to participate in the study Their Kujala anterior knee pain score should be below 85.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who have undergone knee surgery within the past six months will be excluded Participants with systemic inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis will not be included Anyone currently receiving physiotherapy treatment for the knee will be excluded from the study Individuals with structural deformities of the upper limb, trunk, or lower limb will not be eligible Participants with significant postural deformities will also be excluded
