Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18 and 6 5 years, American Society o f Anesthesiologists physical status I and II, scheduled for elective surgeries under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation will be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy and lactation, Hypersensitivity to two study drugs, and an anticipated difficult airway , History of reactive airway diseases hypertension, Patients with cardiovascular dysfunction & arrhythmias, Patients with raised ICP, IOP, any neuromuscular disorder, Patients who received epidural or spinal before general anaesthesia.
