Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Licensed mental health professionals such as psychiatrists and clinical psychologist. And counselling psychologist who have completed their Masters in counselling psychology. The mental health professional must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience. The mental health professionals patient completed a fatal act of suicide. The patients suicide should have occurred at least 6 months prior to the interview. The mental health professional must have conducted a minimum of three face to face sessions with the patient before the patients suicide.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mental health professionals currently undergoing treatment for any psychiatric illness. Mental health professionals with personal history of suicidal behaviour or attempts

This includes exploring the emotional and professional impact, as well as the role of their perceived circumstances of the event.
