Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants with positive lateral scapular slide test (LSST) 2. Participants with a minimum of 2 years of cricket playing experience. 3. Participants currently engaged in regular cricket training (minimum 12 hours/week). 4. No history of upper limb injuries in the past 6 months. 5. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with recent musculoskeletal injuries or surgeries, especially involving the upper limbs. 2. Players with known cardiovascular or neurological disorders. 3. Involvement in other stretching or flexibility training programs outside of the study. 4. Inability to perform physical tests due to medical or personal reasons.
