Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with low bone mineral density with calcaneal ultrasound t-score between -1 to -2.5 BMI 25 -29.9 kg/m2 normal to overweight

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Postmenopausal Women with Neurological problem postmenopausal Women undergone Hormonal replacement therapy postmenopausal Women who are at risk of cancer postmenopausal Women with cardiovascular diseases menopausal women with recent fracture
