Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between 3 to 12 years of age, irrespective of gender, socio-economic status and food habits. 2. Clinically diagnosed with Vicharchika based on classical Ayurvedic features such as Kandu (itching), Raktavarnata (erythema), Rukshata (dryness of skin), Shyavata (discoloration), and Pidaka (plaques)./ Atopic Dermatitis (Hanifin and Rajka Criteria). 3. Willing to give assent/consent for the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with congenital anomalies, chronic ailments such as tuberculosis, malignancy, cardiac, and renal disorders 2. Children who have received systemic corticosteroids (oral or injectable) within 28 days prior to baseline/randomization will be excluded. 3. Children having any other associated illness, like diarrhoea, and acute febrile or other disorders will be excluded from the study. 4. Parents of the patient not willing to participate in the trial.
