Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group between 18-40years,People using Digital devices/viewing screen or with the screen time for 6 hours or more,CVS-Q score higher than or equal to 6 ,Willingness to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Systemic ocular pathology (diabetes mellitus, hypertension), History of Strabismic anomaly(hypertropia, hypotropia), People undergoing any kind of vision therapy, History of Hypermetropia, Myopia, Cataract, Glaucoma, History of Neurological disorders(Myasthenia gravis, Stroke, TBI, Optic neuritis)
