Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male football players age between 18-30 years having more than 2 years of training and competitive experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History any previous musculoskeletal injury for the last 3 months Any medical problems that could compromise participation or performance in the study Any lower-extremity surgery in the past 2 years
