Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult (18+ years) who received services from Rural Health Training Centre (RHTC) for cardiovascular care and consented to participate and get registered at telemedicine platform. 2. Qualified Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) and healthcare workers posted at RHTCs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People under 18 years or refusing consent 2. Cardiologists or Specialists visiting the RHTC
