Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 20 yrs. Owns an Android smartphone and is willing to consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No access to a compatible smartphone or unwilling to use the app. 2. Planned transfer/long leave ( >2 consecutive weeks) during the intervention period. 3. Current participation in another digital mental-health training or research study that could confound outcomes
