Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: students from health university with both genders with age group between 23-27 years and who are willing to participate having anxiety score equal to or greater than than 15 on academic anxiety scale memory score less than 250 on memory functioning questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: students with mental implants, recent head trauma, with skin conditions like dermatitis and under any psychiatric medications
