Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cases of squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx/hypopharynx, treated between 2017-2021, receiving organ preservation treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing upfront surgery, 2. Patients who received treatment outside of the treating centre.

To assess the larynx salvage rates for recurrences/residual disease following concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) for organ preservation in laryngeal and hypopharyngeal carcinoma across the country.Timepoint: Being a retrospective study of review of electronic medical records the following details - Clinical and demographic details - Investigations - Treatment received- details of the organ preservation protocol. - Follow up. - Recurrences/residual disease. - Salvage treatment. of patients diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx/hypopharynx, treated between 2017-2021, receiving organ preservation treatment were extracted.
