Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with diagnosis of CKDu and age, sex and stage of Kidney disease matched controls

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Acute Kidney injury

Mortality during the study period. Rate of decline of GFRTimepoint: Time point of assessment: Every 6 monthly after enrollment for three years. At 6 month, 12 months, 18 month, 24 months, 30 months, 36 months.
