Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy patient of either gender between 15-35 years of age group. Mandibular molar teeth with deep or extremely deep caries Teeth with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis Teeth without periapical rarefaction Teeth with positive response to cold and electric pulp test
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Preoperative: Teeth with immature roots, crown originating fractures or non-restorable carious lesion Teeth with poor periodontal health, probing pocket depth less than 3mm Patients with history of mandibular 3rd molar extraction Hypertensive patients and patients with systemic conditions which could compromise the healing. Any medical contraindication to the use of anesthetics containing vasoconstrictors Intraoperative Bleeding cannot be controlled within 10 mins Clinical diagnosis changes to pulp necrosis
