Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with orthodontic first premolars extraction,angles class I molars relation, Dentoalveolar Proclination, mild crowding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: hypocalcemic patients, patients allergic to drug, Immunocompromized patients, pregnant patients, not on other bone related medication
