Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 tO 25 years. Gender both male and female subjects. Subjects who are new to yoga practices.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: WEAK INDIVIDUALS SYSTEMIC ILLNESS THOSE WHO ARE UNDER MEDICATION. HABIT OF ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION, SMOKING AND ARECA CHEWING
