Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students who will be studying among one of the schools selected through cluster sampling. Students capable of using and have access to computer or any digital device with internet access Students capable of reading and writing English. Resident of Dakshina Kannada

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students diagnosed with any psychiatric condition and on medication Participants getting psychiatric diagnosis between the study duration. Students without parental assent Students staying hostel Students leaving the school in between that academic year. If not doing intervention at least 3 times a week consecutively for two weeks
