Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of pityriasis rosea presenting less than 7 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and Lactation Positive VDRL Positive KOH for Fungal scraping patient who had taken any topical or oral treatment in the last 7 days Contraindication to oral steroids Patients with recent intake of drugs known to precipitate PR
