Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Fishermen or Fisherwomen- defined as individuals who are significantly engaged in or reliant on the harvesting or processing of fishery resources to fulfil their social and economic needs, including fishing vessel owners, operators, crew members, and fish processors. • identified as hypertensive (systolic pressure greater than 140 mm Hg or diastolic pressure greater than 90 mm hg or patients under medication for hypertension control) (WHO)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Above age 65 years (to maintain cohesion of groups) • Uncontrolled Co-morbid Conditions • Pregnancy • Severe Cognitive Impairment • Severe Mental Health Disorders • Having language barrier
