Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pain in the renal angle and groin region, radiating towards groin. 2.Age between above 18 year and below 60 years. 3.Both male and female patients. 4.Stone size up to 6mm. 5.Radiographic / USG evidence of the stone. 6.Single calculus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Renal failure. 2. Case of immediate surgical intervention. 3. Severe haematuria. 4. Calculus size more than 6 mm. 5. Patients of carcinoma. 6. Pregnant female patients. 7. Patient associated with complications like pyonephrosis, glomerulonephritis, chronic renal failure. 8. patient of shukrashmari. 9. HIV, VDRL, HEPATITIS positive. 10. Diabetes mellitus, Tuberculosis.
