Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients between 35-55 years with confirmed diagnosis with osteopenia in perimenopausal woman will be inclduded. Only woman irrespective of their socio-economic state are to be considered

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients aged below 35 years and above 55 years of age who dont want to give consent. patients with other poly ovarian syndrome, ovarian insuffeciency, ovarian cysts individuals currently taking medication that could interfere with the study results will be exculded. Individuals with any fractures in the bones anywwhere in the body, preganancy, have ungone any major musculo skeletal surgeries and male patients are excluded
