Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with a confirmed diagnosis of renal calculi, either through imaging studies or stone analysis. Patients complying with regular follow-ups

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with advanced kidney disease or kidney failure may be excluded. 2.Pregnant or breastfeeding women will be excluded. 3. Individuals who have recently taken certain medications such as antiviral or immunosuppressive drugs will be excluded. 4.Individuals who are unable to provide informed consent. 5.Patients with any other systemic disease will be excluded.
