Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Adult Males more than 18 years of age undergoing RPLND Surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe comorbidities or contraindications that significantly impact surgical or postoperative management, such as advanced heart failure, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or end-stage renal disease 2.Patients in whom surgery was abandoned due to inoperability
