Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18 to 60 years of age. Patient undergoing elective modified radical mastectomy under general anaesthesia. American Society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA) grade I, II and III patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI more than 30kg per m2 Patient with recurrent CA Breast Patient on Chemotherapy and Immuno-modulator Therapy within 1 month of surgery Patients with Diabetes Mellitus any other infective pathology Patient who failed to complete the oral drinks
