Interventions

Intervention1: Self- affirmation: Selected participants will be made to write two affirmative sentences: 1) I have a very strong memory, and 2) Success is my birthright in their mother language 5-7
Afternoon-anytime
Night- 10 minutes before sleep) for 3 weeks. Control Intervention1: Normal routine activities: Selected participants will be allowed to continue their normal routine activities as usual for 3 weeks.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female participants of any occupation (School /University students); who have knowledge about online modes; are handy with electronic gadgets and who will be willing to participate in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who practice or have prior exposure to yoga, or into any sort of spiritual practices like japa/ chanting/ prayers; those with any psychiatric or physical ailments
