Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Patients with history of adhesive capsulitis of shoulder joint -AMERICAN SOCIETY OF ANAESTHESIOLOGIST GRADING status I or II -Patients above 45 years and below 75 years of age -Patients who gave written informed consent to be the part of the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Patients who refused to give consent -ASA grade III or above -Severe pain at rest, history of trauma, systemic inflammatory disease, history of rotator cuff tear, radiological evidence of osteoarthritis of glenohumeral joint or any fracture -Patients with allergy to local anesthetic agents and Corticosteroids -Pregnancy, neoplasm, surgery to the shoulder in last 12 months -Likely not to comply with follow up -Uncontrolled systemic disorder, Bleeding disorder, Alcoholism
