Inclusion criteria: Willing to provide consent and participate for the full study duration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed with metabolic/medical condition that requires specific dietary intake. Regular users of other nutrition tracking or health-monitoring apps. Currently participating in another similar study.
