Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with isolated ACL injury and undergoing arthroscopic single bundle ACL reconstruction using hamstring autograft

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rivision ACL reconstruction surgery ACL injury associated with meniscus and any other ligament injury of the knee History of any surgery on the same limb within last 6 months

To compare the rotational knee stability following single bundle arthroscopic ACL reconstruction when the graft is fixed at 0 degree versus 30 degree knee flexion using standard clinical tests ( anterior drawer test , Lachhman test and pivot shift testTimepoint: 1 month , 2 months and 3 months

MeasureTime frame
1.To evaluate functional outcomes at 1 , 2 & 3 months postoperatively using patient reported outcomes measure ( e.g. IKDC , KOOS & tegner lysholm score 2. To assess post operative complications including joint stiffness , loss of range of motion & graft failure in both the study groups 3. To determine the difference in Time to return to daily activities & sports participation between the both groupsTimepoint: 1 month , 2 months & 3 months
