Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with isolated ACL injury and undergoing arthroscopic single bundle ACL reconstruction using hamstring autograft

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rivision ACL reconstruction surgery ACL injury associated with meniscus and any other ligament injury of the knee History of any surgery on the same limb within last 6 months

1.To evaluate functional outcomes at 1 , 2 & 3 months postoperatively using patient reported outcomes measure ( e.g. IKDC , KOOS & tegner lysholm score 2. To assess post operative complications including joint stiffness , loss of range of motion & graft failure in both the study groups 3.
