Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Males and females aged 18-45 years. 2. No history of neck injury, surgery, or chronic musculoskeletal disorders 3. No current pain or disability related to the neck or upper body.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any history of major trauma or surgery in the cervical spine (last 6 months). 2. Any neurological disorders affecting mobility. 3. Cervical PIVD.
