Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as per ROME S IV Criteria with IBS, with no major complications or concurrent severe illnesses.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with anatomical abnormalities , inflammatory bowel diseases, malignancies, or requiring urgent surgical interventions. 2.Subjects under 15 years and above 65 years will be excluded from studies 3.Pregnant or lactating women
