Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having sign and symptoms of dushta vrana as per ayurvedic literature. 2. Patient of irrespective of gender, caste, religion, sex, occupation are taken. 3. Patient aged between 18-60 years. 14 4. Wound area upto 36 cm2 irrespective of length and breadth will be selected for study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Wound with known case of systemic disorders like HIV, Hepatitis B, known cases of diabetes mellitus or any other systemic infection. 2. Vrana (wound) very near to vital organs. 3. Ulcer secondary to any malignancy . 4. Patients suffering from wounds like tubercular ulcers. 5. Venous ,arterial ulcers,leprotic ulcers, ulcers with Gangrenous changes . 6. Burn wound,Osteomyelitis, fracture wounds, bed sore.

MeasureTime frame
To study the efficacy of Kutaj ghrita in the management of Dushta vrana with special reference to infected wound.Timepoint: 21 days Application of ghrita on 0th to 15th day follow up on 18th and 21st. day .

1.To study in detail the litrature of Dushta Vrana to Ayurvedic aspect. 2.To study in detail the litrature of Dushta Vrana to Modern aspect. 3.To Study the concept of Kutaj Ghrita.Timepoint: 1.To study in detail the litrature of Dushta Vrana to Ayurvedic aspect. Application of kutaj ghrita on 0 th to 15 th days Follow up -18th ,21th days 2.To study in detail the litrature of Dushta Vrana to Modern aspect. 3.To Study the concept of Kutaj Ghrita.
