Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under medications for other long standing chronic diseases like hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism. Patients with other systemic diseases and unstable psychiatric illnesses. Patients with the history of traumatic head and spinal injury. Female Pregnant and lactating women.
