Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1)Age more than 18 year 2)Patients with autoimmune blistering disorders (pemphigus group of disorders, sub-epidermal blistering disorders) Use of immunosuppressive medications such as corticosteroids, Azathioprine, Methotrexate, or biologics (e.g., Rituximab), which predispose the patient to secondary infections like HSV due to immune suppression.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients less than 18 years with AIBD and HSV infection 2) Patients with CBDC 3) Patients with HSV infections in absence of AIBD 4) Pregnant and lactating mother 5) History of Trauma oral mucosa and over genitals 6) Other blistering disorders- genetic, metabolic, infective, drug induced etc GENETIC BLISTERING DIORDER Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) Pemphigus group of disorder Bullous Congenital Ichthyosiform Erythroderma (BCIE) Hereditary Epidermolytic Hyperkeratosis Infective blistering disorder Varicella (Chickenpox) Bullous Impetigo(BI) Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease(HFMD) Staphylococcal Scalded Skin Syndrome (SSS) Herpes Zoster (Shingles) Metabolic blistering disorder Porphyria Cutanea Tarda (PCT) Erythropoietic Protoporphyria (EPP) Niemann-Pick Disease(NPD) Glycogen Storage Diseases (GSD) Lipid Metabolism Disorders Smith-Lemli-Opitz Syndrome (SLOS) Rothmund-Thomson Syndrome Disorders of Copper Metabolism (Wilson s disease)
