Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible individuals will be aged 18-25 years, those who used mobile phones more than 3-4 hours per day. using the phone with a neck flexion of 15 degrees or greater. Moderate pain on VAS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A recent history of neck or back surgery. Recent history of trauma or fracture. Any H/o cervical and shoulder pathology Congenital disorders of the cervical spine. Patient undergoing any physiotherapy treatment And any psychiatric diseases were excluded from the study.
