Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 6 10 years. 2.ASA I (medically healthy) 3.Children requiring buccal infiltration ( maxillary/ mandibular) for either extraction or pulpectomy procedures. 4.Children with no previous dental experience. 5.Children with Frankl behaviour rating of 2 or 3. (negative or positive) Children whose parents/guardians have provided written informed consent and who are willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Children younger than 6 years or older than 10 years. 2.Children with systemic illnesses, special healthcare needs, or developmental disorders. 3.Children with a history of allergy to lignocaine, xylitol, or aromatic oils. 4.Children with acute dental infection or swelling at the injection site. Children with Frankl behaviour rating of 1 or 4 (definitely negative or positive).
