Inclusion criteria: Patients of age more than 18 years. Patients with acute onset of abdominal pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pediatrics population (age less than 18 years). Referred cases from outside hospitals with known diagnosis. Pregnant females.
