Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient of age group18 to 50 yrs 2. Patients of all gender 3. Clinically Diagnosed Patient of Acute Tonsilitis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with associated acute and chronic Ent disorder such as peritonsillar abscess, fungal pharyngitis etc. Patient with complication of Acute Tonsilitis such as, Chronic Tonsilitis etc. Patient having fever above 1020f. Patient having acute exacerbation of chronic disease. Patients with suspected immunocompromised illness. Females who are pregnant and lactating. Patient who are taking other medications for Acute Tonsilitis and antibiotics for 3 months.

| Outcome will be assessed in term of 1 Improved If Brodsky grading scales score & VAS scales score is reduced than the previous Brodsky grading scales score & VAS scales score after taking homeopathic medicines Brodsky scale score 0-1 and VAS scale score 0-4. 2 Not Improved If Brodsky grading scales score & VAS scales score remains same after taking homeopathic medicines Brodsky scale score 2-5 and VAS scale score 5-10 Timepoint: Duration of study- 18 month Duration of each case- 10days or till remission of symptom. Duration of follow up of each case- 2 days or as and when required Clinical outcome assessment will be done at the baseline the 2nd 4th & 6th day. | — |
