Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Geriatric patients aged 60 years and over, currently being treated for any type of cancer at a hospital and are at any stage of their treatment. 2. Patients who are fluent in spoken Hindi, English or local/regional language (e.g., Marathi, Bihari).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are partially aware or unaware of their diagnosis. 2. Patients who score 23 or lower on standardized cognitive assessments, indicating cognitive impairment. 3. Patients who have an active untreated psychiatric disorder.
