Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiovascular patients with or without comorbidities 2. Both male and female patients of IPD and OPD of more than 18 years of age to 70 years of age. 3.Patients who are willing to Participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women 2. Patients who have incomplete medication records or do not have the clinical or laboratory data needed for evaluation.
