Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with signs of kadara(corn) Saruk (pain) occasionally,shape like that of kolaphalan,sakila(cone) ,Kathina ( hard /thickened ) and Nimnormadhya ( it is centrally depressed and raised peripherally) will be selected Age : Between 18-70 years irrespective of gender Patients will be selected who are willing to give informed consent and ready to comply with the protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled systemic disorders like Diabetes ,Hypertension . Patients with infective conditions like HIV and HbsAg will be excluded Pregnant women

Parameters will be noted down Before and after treatment 1.Pain 2. Itching 3. Strava 4. Tenderness 5. Wound healing 6. Infection before on 1st visit and then after interventions parameters calculatedTimepoint: 1st ,5th,10th,15 th and 25th day

A)To study etiopathology of Kadar in detail i.e Corn in ayurvedic aspect and modern aspect B ) To study the effectiveness of CHANDRAMANDAL CHEDAN with MANDALGRA CHEDAN SHATRA C) To study the Mode of action of TAILDAGHDHATimepoint: after all cases studied in 1-1.5 year of time
