Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Players between 18 to 35 years of age. 2. Players (fast or spin bowlers) with at least one year of competitive playing background. 3. Players willing to complete the full 6-week intervention and attend all planned training sessions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Players who demonstrate irregular participation in cricket practice sessions. 2. Players with a history of diagnosed shoulder dislocation or experiencing recurrent dislocations (more than or equal to 2 episodes per month). 3. Players with any musculoskeletal injuries or health condition that might restrict participation.

Core Muscle Endurance: - will be assessed with Mc Gill Core Endurance Test. Upper Extremity Strength: - will be assessed with Dynamometer. Bowling Speed :- will be assessed with Radar Gun. Timepoint: Baseline and after 6 weeks of training
