Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: MBBS doctors and registered nurses working full-time. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience. Willingness to give informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Healthcare workers in administrative/non-clinical roles. Those unwilling to participate or incomplete responses.
